Immigration & Passports

Please check with your country’s latest immigration requirements, travel advisories, and information. The US Department of State link has been provided for US travelers https://travel.state.gov/. Please ensure that you are in possession of a full, undamaged, and intact passport that is valid for at least six months after the date of return from the trip, and has a minimum of 2 blank pages.

Ghana Visa Information

Currently, US travelers are required to have a Ghana visa to enter Ghana. Travelers from other countries should check the latest requirements with the authorities in their home country, or with the destination’s nearest embassy or consulate. AfriTreasure Travel and Tours will provide a Letter of Invitations in support of visa applications to tour goers that have purchased a tour through us.

An Updated Yellow Fever Vaccination is required to enter Ghana and other Western African Countries. We strongly recommend that you contact your primary care physician or consult a travel clinic for vaccination, malaria prevention, and medical preparation/advice prior to your trip.
